## Description

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified and experienced **Urologists** to join its specialist surgical team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of a wide range of urological conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage adult urological conditions.
-   Perform urological procedures and surgeries according to expertise.
-   Manage urinary tract, kidney, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive conditions.
-   Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations.
-   Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
-   Manage urological emergencies when required.
-   Collaborate with radiologists, oncologists, nephrologists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentation.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Urology**.
-   Relevant post-specialization experience according to the position level.
-   Strong experience in general urology and urological surgery.
-   Experience in **endourology, laparoscopy, stone management, uro-oncology, or robotic surgery** is an advantage.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and patient-management abilities.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.
