## Description

A leading **Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE** is seeking experienced **Anesthesiologists** to join its specialist medical team.

This opportunity is open to internationally trained physicians seeking to relocate to the UAE and offers the opportunity to work in a modern government healthcare environment with advanced surgical facilities, critical care services, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide safe and comprehensive anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
-   Administer and monitor general, regional, and other appropriate forms of anesthesia.
-   Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition.
-   Provide post-operative anesthesia care and pain management.
-   Manage airway and perioperative emergencies effectively.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, emergency physicians, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Support the management of critically ill patients where required.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive anesthesia and patient records.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and departmental activities.
-   Contribute to teaching, training, and continuing professional development where applicable.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based clinical practice.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree such as **MBBS, MD, or equivalent** from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Anesthesiology / Anaesthesia**.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong experience in general and regional anesthesia and perioperative patient management.
-   Experience working in a hospital or multidisciplinary surgical environment.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** are encouraged to apply.
