## Description

A leading private healthcare group in Dubai is seeking an experienced **Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist** to join its specialist pediatric team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnosing and managing respiratory conditions in infants, children, and adolescents and will provide high-quality, evidence-based specialist care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of pediatric respiratory and pulmonary conditions.
-   Manage a broad range of pediatric respiratory disorders, including asthma, recurrent respiratory infections, chronic cough, wheezing, and other complex pulmonary conditions.
-   Evaluate and manage children with acute and chronic respiratory presentations.
-   Perform and interpret relevant pulmonary investigations and diagnostic procedures within the scope of practice.
-   Develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans for pediatric patients.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medication use, and preventive care.
-   Work closely with pediatricians, pediatric intensivists, ENT specialists, allergists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
-   Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, teaching, and professional development activities.

## Requirements

Medical degree from a recognised institution.

Recognised postgraduate qualification in **Pediatrics and/or Pediatric Pulmonology**.

**Western qualification/board certification** preferred.

Consultant-level experience in Pediatric Pulmonology.

Strong clinical and communication skills.

Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
