## Description

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and highly qualified **Consultant Cardiologist** to join a prestigious government hospital in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care, manage complex cardiac conditions, and contribute to clinical excellence within a well-established healthcare institution.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.
-   Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on patients’ clinical needs.
-   Interpret and evaluate diagnostic investigations, including ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other relevant cardiac imaging.
-   Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions and provide appropriate inpatient and outpatient care.
-   Perform cardiology procedures within the candidate’s scope of expertise and clinical privileges.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal clinical outcomes.
-   Provide consultations and specialist guidance to other physicians and healthcare professionals.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical governance, patient safety, and hospital protocols.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
-   Support the training and mentorship of junior doctors and medical staff, where applicable.

## Requirements

**American Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease / Cardiology.**

Substantial consultant-level experience in clinical cardiology.

Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing complex cardiovascular conditions.

Experience in advanced cardiac diagnostics and relevant procedures is an advantage.

Excellent clinical judgement, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
