## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Oral and Dental Surgeon** with a recognized **Western qualification** to join a leading healthcare institution in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive surgical and dental care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of oral and maxillofacial conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive oral and dental examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
-   Perform oral surgical procedures, including complex and surgical extractions.
-   Manage impacted teeth, oral infections, cysts, and other oral surgical conditions.
-   Perform minor oral surgical procedures and soft-tissue interventions within the scope of practice.
-   Assess and manage patients requiring surgical dental treatment.
-   Coordinate care with orthodontists, prosthodontists, periodontists, and other dental and medical specialists.
-   Provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
-   Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
-   Support teaching and supervision of junior dental staff where required

## Requirements

-   Recognized **Western qualification** in Oral and Dental Surgery or an equivalent relevant specialty.
-   Valid professional registration in the country of practice.
-   Relevant clinical experience in oral surgery/dental surgery.
-   Strong surgical and clinical skills.
-   Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
-   Eligible for UAE dental licensing, subject to the relevant health authority's assessment.
