### **Job Description**

SearchPlus HR is seeking a compassionate and experienced **Child & Adolescent Psychologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological concerns.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct psychological assessments for children and adolescents/ adults. 

• Provide individual and family therapy based on clinical needs. 

• Assess emotional, behavioral, developmental, and social concerns. 

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. 

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, parents and other healthcare professionals. 

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.

Work closely with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and psychoeducation.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, therapists, educators, and other multidisciplinary professionals.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans where appropriate.

Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning.

Promote early intervention, mental health awareness, and preventative care.

## Requirements

Bachelor's and Master's degrees (minimum)  and PhD (preferred) in Child Psychology from a recognized university, with specialization in  Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. 

Valid license/registration as a psychologist in the country of practice. 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience after  graduation

Nationality - GCC / Jordan / Lebanon  / Tunisia / UK of Arabic  Origin

Arabic Speaking is a Must.
