### Main tasks:

-   Design standardized safety-critical electro-mechanical products, including upgrades and adaptations to meet specific customer requirements.
-   Identify and develop optimized solutions aligned with current technologies across the entire product lifecycle.
-   Contribute to technical decisions regarding specifications and characteristics of standard and customized products.
-   Apply Design-to-Cost and Design-for-Manufacturing principles.
-   Use advanced engineering tools and software to optimize product development.
-   Support validation activities: participate in prototype assembly, testing and compliance verification.
-   Collaborate with Methods and Production to improve product quality and industrial performance.

## Requirements

-   Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
-   Minimum 10 years of experience in safety-critical electro-mechanical product design or a similar field.
-   Proven experience in product development and its lifecycle.
-   Professional proficiency in English (all written communication is conducted in English).
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
