We are currently looking for a **Buyer / Procurement Specialist** to join our team **full-time** and play a **key role in supporting our projects across Germany.**   
In this role, you will take ownership of **end-to-end procurement for international projects**, backed by a strong operational base in the Czech Republic. 

**Your Responsibilities** 

-   Manage the **end-to-end procurement process** for products and services, including issuing purchase orders 

-   Prepare and manage requests for quotations (RFQs), conduct price comparisons, and evaluate supplier offers 

-   **Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor agreements**, including pricing and key terms, in close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering 

-   **Monitor supplier performance** and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution 

-   Identify opportunities for cost optimization and purchasing efficiency 

-   Manage contract changes, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial alignment 

-   **Support billing processes**, including invoice verification and cost tracking 

-   Maintain and analyze procurement and supplier data to support decision-making 

-   Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes

## Requirements

-   **3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing** (technical background is a strong advantage) 

-   Solid **experience in contract management, negotiation, billing**, and supplier communication 

-   Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong attention to detail 

-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

-   **Fluent German** (minimum C1) **and good command of English** (minimum B2); any additional language is an advantage
