**Relin** is a Saudi brand specialized in premium fabric sprays, known for high-quality, long-lasting fragrances, and operating within a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

We're looking for a **hands-on, data-driven, and creative Marketing Specialist** who is passionate about e-commerce, content creation, and AI-powered marketing.

📍 **Location:** Remote (Based in Egypt)

### Responsibilities

-   Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
-   Manage tasks and workflows using tools like ClickUp or Notion.
-   Turn insights into actions using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
-   Monitor KPIs and continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and sales.
-   Lead creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house teams.
-   Collaborate with performance marketing teams across Snapchat, Meta, Google, and other platforms.
-   Ensure campaign readiness across e-commerce platforms (Zid & Salla), including inventory, pricing, UX, and discount codes.
-   Create, edit, and optimize high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) using **CapCut** and other modern editing tools.
-   Generate high-quality marketing content using AI tools such as **Higgsfield, Nano Banana, ChatGPT**, and other emerging creative platforms.
-   Stay up to date with social media trends and leverage AI and creative tools to produce engaging, conversion-focused content.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
-   Strong understanding of performance marketing and marketing analytics.
-   Experience with GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, ClickUp or Notion.
-   Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
-   Hands-on experience with AI content generation and creative workflows.
-   Excellent communication skills in English.
-   Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
