Select Ambition is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a confidential community pharmacy in Dublin Southside.

This is a senior pharmacy-management appointment combining professional responsibility with the day-to-day leadership of the pharmacy. You will oversee safe and effective pharmacy operations, manage workflow and service standards, support the pharmacy team and maintain appropriate professional governance and procedures.

You will also provide a professional, caring service to customers, build trusted relationships within the local community and help create a well-organised and supportive working environment.

## Requirements

\- Current registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).

\- Ability to act as the Supervising Pharmacist and accept professional responsibility for pharmacy operations.

\- Ability to lead the pharmacy team and manage workflow.

\- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

\- A caring, professional approach to customers.

\- Availability for permanent, full-time, on-site work in Dublin Southside for 40 hours per week.

\- Preferred: previous pharmacy-operations leadership or management experience.
