Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our procurement & accounting team in a dynamic tech environment? We are looking for a Procurement & Accounting Assistant to handle essential administrative tasks, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure excellent communication within the team and with external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist in daily operations to ensure efficiency across departments.
-   Manage administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and filing systems.
-   Coordinate communication between various teams and external stakeholders.
-   Support buying requests, quotations, communication with the suppliers and vendors through ERP system.
-   Buying progress monitoring.
-   Maintain documentation for compliance and operational standards.
-   Handle incoming supply and provide support to internal teams as required.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
-   Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI), University (AEI), or equivalent institution.
-   Excellent knowledge and command of the Greek language (spoken and written).
-   High typing speed.
-   Excellent command of the English language.
-   Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-   Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
-   Understanding of basic accounting procedures (issuance of invoices/documents, accounting records, balances).
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-   Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
-   Ability to work in a demanding environment (handling multiple tasks and prioritizing).
-   Attention to detail.
-   Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience in the tech or engineering sector.
-   Basic understanding of project management principles.
-   Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
