**Clinical Administrative Specialist** 

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL   
**Employment Type:** Full-Time | On-Site Only 

**Pay:** $18.50/hr 

**Shift work required:** 5 shifts of 8 hours, Mon-Fri 

**Position Summary** 

Serenity is growing, and we're looking for a **Clinical Administrative Specialist** who is passionate about helping people and making a difference in the delivery of mental health care. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who enjoys detail-oriented work and wants to use those skills to improve the patient experience. 

In this role, you’ll support patients and providers with a variety of clinical administrative needs, including **disability and accommodations, psychological evaluations and clearances, medical records, provider documentation, and other requests that help patients navigate their care.** You’ll play an important role in ensuring these requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

**What You'll Own** 

-   **Own the completion of clinical administrative requests** across all Serenity locations, states, and providers, ensuring paperwork is accurate and completed efficiently following provider approval. 

-   **Complete medical records requests within 30 days** and strive for a **72-hour turnaround** on other approved requests. 

-   **Peer review team members’ paperwork** to identify errors, improve accuracy, and maintain consistent quality standards. 

-   **Support call center agents through internal chat** by providing timely updates and answering questions about patients’ paperwork requests. 

-   **Collaborate with providers, patients, and internal teams** to resolve documentation needs and ensure requests are completed accurately and timely. 

**Qualifications** 

-   Strong aptitude for learning new technology and software systems. 

-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple workloads throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail. 

-   Proven ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 

-   A positive attitude and self-driven motivation. 

-   Have the desire to learn, improve, and rise above expectations.  

-   **Mental health or healthcare experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training.**
