**Customer Experience Associate** 

**Location:** Lakewood, CO  
**Employment Type**: Full-Time   
**Compensation: $25–$30/hr +** quarterly performance based bonuses.

**What You’ll Do** 

You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every customer. Opportunities may include: 

-   **Front Desk Support –** Welcome customers, manage check-ins, and create a personalized first impression  

-   **Customer Intake & Coordination –** Guide customers through onboarding steps, gather information, and ensure a smooth experience in their program 

-   **Customer Care Coach –** Assist with hands-on services engaging customers in positivity work, goal setting, life skills, etc. 

-   **Team Support & Leadership Development –** Help support daily operations, step into different responsibilities, and assist customers in reaching their goals
