## Description

The Facilities Specialist supports daily site operations, inspections, documentation control, and coordination between IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility performance.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

·        Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections.

·        Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress.

·        Update CAFM system with work order status.

·        Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy.

·        Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination.

·        Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data.

·        Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.

### Qualifications & Experience

·        Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management.

·        1–2 years’ experience in FM or building operations.

·        Basic knowledge of MEP systems.

·        Strong coordination and organizational skills.
