# Contracts Administrator

**Location:** Sewell Group Head Office, Geneva Way, Leads Road, Hull, HU7 0DG

**Hours:** 37.5 per week, worked flexibly around 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Facilities Management (FM) Commercial Team Lead, the Contract Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day commercial activities within the business, relevant to their portfolio of Sewell customers. They will work closely with the wider Commercial and Operational Teams, as well as our Group Finance Team, providing support to help enable the delivery of a world-class customer service, while maintaining a profitable and sustainable environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   _Raising and issuing of invoices and schedules for reactive & contract works_
-   _Issuing work quotations, management of approvals and client follow up for expired quotations_
-   _Cash collection_
-   _Purchase ledger – Coding, approval of invoices and managing supplier queries_
-   _Credit card reconciliation and allocation_
-   _Maintenance Team timesheets and coding_
-   _Maintenance Team expenses – Authorisation & Job coding_ 
-   _Supply Chain Management including_
-   _Subcontract order execution and renewals_
-   _Subcontractor market testing_
-   _Record contractor feedback and performance monitoring_
-   _Monitoring financial performance of reactive and contracted works_
-   _Assist Commercial Managers producing monthly financial reports_
-   Provide commercial support to operational teams 
-   _Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters_

## Requirements

**Essential**

-   _Previous Sales or Purchase Ledger experience_
-   _Experience in a commercial or contracts role_
-   _Strong numerical skills_
-   _Excellent levels of computer literacy and be comfortable with Microsoft packages in particular Outlook, Word and Excel_
-   _Positive and professional attitude_
-   _Strong belief in delivering great customer service_
-   _Excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks_
-   _Strong attention to detail_
-   _The ability to work as a team member in a busy and fast paced working environment_
-   _A positive approach to learning, development and progression and a flexible working attitude_
-   _Have a flexible outlook towards hours worked_

**Desirable:**

-   _Full Driving Licence, valid in the UK and own transport_
-   _Formal finance training and/or qualifications_
-   _Previous experience providing service and work quotations_
-   _Previous knowledge or experience within Facilities Management or Construction_
-   _An interest in sustainability with the desire to drive efficiencies and new technology_
