The case manager supports survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and/or human trafficking who are experiencing homelessness as a result of fleeing abuse. This position is responsible for providing direct services by collaborating with survivors to identify and assess needs, facilitate connections to appropriate resources, and support survivors in increasing their safety and housing stability.
