### About The Role

As a **Junior Retention Specialist**, you will walk into a vital role as the most important voice on the phone for **our** **German-speaking customer base**. Your core mission is focused directly on revenue protection and recovery, splitting your energy 50/50 between rescuing canceled contracts and proactively supporting our Prosumer & Fleet customers before they ever consider leaving.

Because this is a Junior role within our Existing Business team, you will follow structured, straightforward processes daily. You will receive extensive training and daily coaching, giving you everything you need to become an independent retention champion within your first 90 days.

You will create direct value for the company by turning challenging customer situations around, while conscientiously capturing insights that help our product and service teams continuously improve.  

### What You'll Do

-   **Customer Winback**: Reach out directly to customers who have canceled their contracts to actively listen to their concerns, address their issues, and present tailored offers to convince them to stay.
-   **Churn Prevention**: Approach existing Prosumer and Fleet accounts proactively when they show signs of churn risk—such as low platform usage, to conduct satisfaction checks and secure long-term loyalty.
-   **Data Logging**: Document all critical insights from your customer conversations into our CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure our product teams have clean data for continuous optimization.
-   **Process Optimization**: Collaborate closely with the broader Existing Business team to refine our conversation guides, discount structures, and winback strategies.
-   **Skill Development**: Participate actively in regular training and communication coaching sessions to continuously level up your negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.  
    

### What You'll Need to Succeed

-   **Customer-facing experience**: entry-level experience in customer service, complaint management, telesales, support, or account management
-   **Language proficiency**: fluent written and spoken German alongside professional English skills
-   **Administrative workflow**: experience executing structured processes and documenting details accurately within business tools
