Most recently, we acquired Optimum and Ocean in France, expanding our footprint and doubling down on one of Europe's largest fleet markets.

Our AI-powered platform connects real-time vehicle data with intelligent software so that businesses can procure smarter, control costs, stay compliant, and lead the transition to cleaner mobility, all from one place.  

**The Role**

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven sales team lead to build, coach and elevate our Account Executive team in DACH. This is a player-coach role for someone who leads from the front, joining deals, challenging qualifications, building pipeline discipline, and developing AEs into confident sales consultants.  
  
You will report directly to the Director of Sales and lead a well-rounded GTM team in the segment

Our sales team has strong potential. We are looking for someone who:

-   Brings structure without bureaucracy
-   Enforces process without killing momentum
-   Coaches through real deals
-   Builds self-sourcing muscle
-   Raises the standard of what “good” looks like  
    

### Your Goal 

-   Own the team revenue target and drive predictable performance through disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy
-   Increase outbound and self-generated pipeline contribution, building a culture where every AE actively sources opportunities
-   Enforce qualification rigour and sales process adherence to improve win rates and eliminate “happy ears” forecasting
-   Act as a true player-coach: join customer conversations, lead complex deals, and step in to unblock or close when needed
-   Develop junior AEs into confident sellers through hands-on coaching, clear 80/20 development plans, and live deal feedback
-   Strengthen top-of-funnel activity, ownership mindset, and collaboration with SDRs to improve targeting and qualification standards
-   Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless handovers, expansion opportunities, and evolution toward a scalable pod structure

### What You Bring

-   B2B sales experience in sales-led SaaS environments
-   Experience developing junior sales teams
-   Proven ability to build an outbound/self-sourcing culture
-   Strong qualification discipline and deal control
-   Fluent in German and English

### Strong Plus

-   Experience in automotive, mobility, ERP
