**What working in Sales at Shiftmove looks like**  
Our Commercial teams play a key role in shaping how customers experience Shiftmove. They work closely with decision-makers across small, mid-sized, and larger organisations to understand their challenges and help them unlock value through our platform.  
Depending on the team and market, our sales roles may involve:  

-   Engaging with prospects and customers to understand their business and operational needs
-   Advising customers on solutions that create measurable value
-   Running product conversations and demonstrations across our portfolio
-   Managing opportunities end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional partners
-   Building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results
-   Contributing to go-to-market strategy, process improvements, and customer feedback loops

## Requirements

**Who we’re excited to meet**

-   Have experience in **sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles**, Or want to transition and grow a long term career in Sales or in one of our commercial teams
-   Enjoy working with customers and solving real business problems
