Shipa Delivery is a fast-growing digital last-mile logistics provider operating across UAE, KSA, and Kuwait under the Agility Logistics umbrella. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to own the complete financial cycle of our business — a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves on daily operations. 

From monthly close and management reporting through budgeting, audit, and day-to-day AP/AR — you will be the financial backbone of the organization and the key interface between business units and senior management. Fluency in AI tools for finance is a plus.  
  
**Role Summary  
**

We are seeking a proactive and analytical **Finance Manager** to partner with key business units and provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance.  
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, proficiency in finance systems, data analytics, and AI-powered tools, with a proven ability to drive profitability, efficiency, and business growth.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
**

**Financial Reporting  
**

-   End-to-end monthly closing across all three entities
-   MIS reports to senior management & shareholders' office
-   Quarterly and annual financial statements (IFRS/applicable standards)
-   Ad hoc project-specific financial analyses

    AP, AR & Reconciliations  
    **
-   Oversee high-volume AP/AR and credit control
-   Multi-entity bank and intercompany reconciliations
-   Monitor receivables and resolve billing disputes
-   Drive continuous improvement in AP/AR workflows  
      
    **Budgeting, Forecasting & Treasury  
    **
-   Lead annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting — UAE, KSA, Kuwait
-   Cash flow monitoring and proactive funding management
-   Banking relationships and capital allocation coordination
-   Cost analysis and profitability reviews  
      
    **Audit, Compliance, Tax & Team  
    **
-   Coordinate annual statutory audit with external auditors
-   UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing; KSA & Kuwait compliance
-   Lead and develop a decentralized finance team across 3 markets
-   Drive automation and AI-powered tooling across finance workflows

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Experience  
**

-   CA / ACA / ACCA / CPA or Master's in Finance/Accounting
-   8–12 years progressive finance experience; 3+ years in a management role
-   Full-cycle hands-on: reporting, AP/AR, budgeting, audit, tax
-   Prior logistics, freight, or transaction-intensive industry experience is a strong plus
-   UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and multi-jurisdictional GCC compliance familiarity

**Skills & Competencies**

-   Advanced Excel; ERP proficiency (Odoo, SAP, Oracle or similar)
-   Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
-   Ability to translate financials into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
-   Confident communicator — comfortable with senior leadership and external parties
-   Experience leading distributed or remote finance teams
-   Open to AI tools to modernize and automate finance operations
