## Description

### **Job Brief:**

_As the Finance Executive you will support the team to handle the financial operations for three companies: Shipa Freight Solution LLC, KSK Logistics LLC, and Boxit4me Inc. Your role will be to ensure financial accuracy, manage reporting, and lead key financial processes, including our annual audit._

### Your Responsibilities:

-   Supervise and manage the day-to-day work of a junior accountant
-   Oversee and manage the accounts for two UAE-based companies, Shipa Freight Solution LLC and KSK Logistics LLC, and one US-based company, Boxit4me Inc.
-   Conduct comprehensive reviews of company accounts and supervise complex accounting entries.
-   Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
-   Coordinate financial activities and transactions with other Shipa entities.
-   Review and reconcile intercompany transactions.
-   Supervise banking transactions and manage cash flow.
-   Lead the annual audit process and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors.
-   Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts.
-   Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, particularly in the UAE.
-   Prepare banking operations

## Requirements

### Your Qualifications:

-   A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-   5 to 10 years of progressive experience in a junior management finance or accounting role.
-   Proven experience as accountant.

### Your Proficiencies:

-   Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously.
-   Ability to work independently.
-   Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
-   In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
