**Role Summary**

As an Account Executive at Shipa Delivery, you will support the account management function by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a **junior-level role** suitable for candidates with **0–2 years of experience**, focused on communication, coordination, and basic reporting.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities**

-   Support assigned customer accounts and assist in day-to-day account coordination.
-   Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and share updates.
-   Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution.
-   Follow up on service-related issues and support their timely resolution.
-   Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
-   Assist in preparing basic reports using MS Excel.
-   Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.
-   Support senior account team members in ongoing account activities.

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Logistics, or a related field**.
-   **0–2 years of experience** in account management, customer service, or operations.
-   Strong communication and coordination skills.
-   Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficiency in **MS Excel** and basic reporting.
