### Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Junior Process Associate** to support shipment coordination and logistics operations. The role involves close coordination with shippers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling, accurate documentation, and timely system updates.

### Your Responsibilities:

-   Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities to ensure timely and accurate execution
-   Communicate and coordinate with shippers, carriers, customers, and internal teams on shipment-related matters
-   Review shipping and logistics documents in line with SOPs and client requirements
-   Track shipments and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders for status updates
-   Update systems accurately and on time, including uploading required documentation into applicable platforms
-   Provide professional and responsive phone and email support
-   Identify operational issues and escalate them effectively with clear, accurate, and detailed information
-   Contribute positively to a collaborative and productive work environment
-   Demonstrate flexibility and support scope expansion or additional responsibilities as required

## Requirements

### Your Qualifications:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
-   Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding (FFW) or related supply chain/logistics roles
-   Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends, based on business needs
-   Basic understanding of shipment coordination and logistics processes is preferred
