### About the opportunity

SIDE is hiring for **one position** within the Post-Production team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate may be appointed at either **Junior Post Production Coordinator** or **Post Production Coordinator** level, depending on their skills, experience and ability to operate independently.

The **Junior Post Production Coordinator** level is suited to someone earlier in their post-production career who can support the existing coordinator team across technical and logistical tasks, with structured guidance and development.

The **Post Production Coordinator** level is suited to someone with stronger hands-on experience who can pick up the role quickly, manage standard projects with greater independence, understand project specifications, support stakeholders and troubleshoot issues.

This role is focused on **dialogue-heavy audio post-production**, including working with large volumes of dialogue files, scripts, specifications, QA checks, scheduling, documentation, workflow support, file tracking, technical checks and communication across post-production teams and stakeholders.

### Junior Post Production Coordinator

### Purpose of the role

As a Junior Post Production Coordinator, you will support the post-production team in the successful completion of multiple projects to a very high standard. As an outsourcer, high quality is what brings clients back, and returning clients are what keep the awards coming.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is organised, technically curious and keen to develop within a fast-paced post-production environment. You will support project workflows, help track progress, assist with scheduling and QA, and work closely with post-production staff and senior team members to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

### Duties and key responsibilities

### Preparation

-   Review project bookings and support leads in preparing project workflows in advance.
-   Set up documentation and tasks in line with company and departmental best practices.
-   Communicate effectively between post-production staff and other departments.
-   Raise issues to senior staff as they arise in a fast-paced environment.

### Scheduling

-   Schedule and book resources using department tools.
-   Escalate to senior staff if additional resources are required.
-   Maintain attention to detail to ensure all allocated projects run smoothly.
-   Be quick, resourceful and adaptable to ever-changing tasks and deadlines.

### Tracking

-   Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to a high standard.
-   Archive projects.
-   Attend daily and weekly meetings.

### Development

-   Achieve QA across post-production projects, maintaining the highest processing standards.
-   Support communication with clients, production teams and senior post-production staff regarding best practices for deliverables.
-   Liaise with senior staff about best practices for the post-production pipeline.

### Purpose of the role

As a Post Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the post-production workflow across multiple projects, ensuring the timely completion of agreed deliverables and milestones to a very high standard.

This role would suit someone with hands-on experience in commercial audio post-production who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts across projects, people, files, deadlines and client requirements. You will prepare and manage workflows, coordinate resources, track progress, support technical QA, liaise with stakeholders and help ensure high-quality delivery across post-production projects.

### Duties and key responsibilities

### Preparation

-   Communicate effectively between post-production staff and other departments.
