Sigma Defense is seeking a **Operations SME** to join our team at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

## Requirements

-   10-12 years of relevant experience.
-   Ability to provide military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities.
-   Ability to coordinate manned and unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises.
-   Must be a U.S. citizen.

**Personnel Clearance Level:**

-   Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
-   _Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate._

**Education Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

**Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):**

-   Serve as an Operations SME and Joint Forces Planner, providing military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities.
-   Develop and integrate operationally realistic scenarios, mission profiles, CONOPS, and training objectives representative of joint and contested environments.
-   Coordinate manned/unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises.
-   Support test planning, mission execution, data collection, and operational assessment to evaluate system capabilities and mission effectiveness.
-   Identify capability gaps, operational risks, and lessons learned, translating results into actionable recommendations for tactics, training, and future test requirements.

**Salary Range**: $107,000 - $142,000 annually.
