### The Role

We're looking for seasoned, product-minded Senior Software Engineers to help us continue to add value-driving new features for both customers and dealers, scale, refactor, and extend our platform for exponential growth. You'll work across the whole stack with high-agency, owning new features from design to production release.

### You'll Work On

-   Designing and building secure, scalable backend APIs and services
-   Developing and maintaining modern web applications used by customers and internal teams
-   Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability as the platform scales
-   Integrating with third-party services and internal systems
-   Contributing to architectural decisions, refactoring efforts, and technical direction

**The work is a mix of building new features, extending existing functionality, and modernizing/refactoring code as we scale.**

## Requirements

**Must-haves**

-   Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, Entity Framework Core, SQL, Domain-driven design, event-driven architectures
-   AI-optimized SDLC – we pride ourselves on our leading-edge, prudent, secure use of the latest AI-fueled tooling, guided by pre-AI software engineering design principles. You should have an opinionated [AGENTS.md](http://agents.md)
-   Solid understanding of API design and integrating third-party services
-   Product-minded sensibilities – ability to think from the end-users’ perspective, helping guide UX/workflow decisions
-   Ability to work autonomously—you figure things out, ask smart questions, and drive work forward without constant direction
-   Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities shift and you wear multiple hats

**Nice-to-haves**

-   ERP, E-Commerce, Fulfillment/Logistics, OMS/WMS, etc…
-   Electron or desktop application development
-   Experience with subscription billing platforms (Chargebee, Stripe)
-   Auth0 or comparable identity/authentication system experience
-   Familiarity with compliance-heavy or document-centric workflows
-   TypeScript (we're progressively adopting it)
-   Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage)
