_**12 month contract position**_

**Position:**  Accounts Payable Coordinator **Reports to:** ​Accounts Payable Supervisor

We are looking for an ​​Accounts Payable Coordinator​​ to join our Finance team! Our ​​​​Accounts Payable Coordinator​​​​ will support our accounting operations with processing and recording all cash disbursements! Also, you will champion various internal processes to drive accuracy and efficiency!

To be successful in this position, you will need to be comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment and juggling multiple priorities to meet deadlines, but you will have a fantastic team to support you! -   You have 1+ years of experience working in an accounting environment and/or related experience 

-   You have a Diploma in Accounting and/or related discipline 

**Nice-to-Have**  

-   Full cycle AP experience  

-   Experience with Microsoft Great Plains  

**things you will do…**  

-   Ensure accounts payable is processed accurately on a timely basis 

-   Perform cheque runs and wire transfers 

-   Reconcile transactions and statements 

-   Process credit applications and setting up new vendors  

-   Reconcile and process corporate credit card transactions 

-   Manage payment inquiries, filling and more 

**OTHER …**  

-   May on occasion work outside of standard office hours, as the job requires 

-   Valid DL
