## Description

​\* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Bishop Rehabilitation and Nursing \*  

**Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center** is **Under New Management** and is looking for a **Registered Nurse (RN) Unit  
  
Manager** to work in our facility in **Syracuse, NY**.  

**We are now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!**

  
**Salary:** $90,000.00 - $107,500.00 per year

**Duties Include:**

-   Handle all supervisory duties for the unit
-   Establish employee policies and procedures
-   Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
-   Establish the standards of care for the unit
-   Review Resident records & quality of care
-   Monitor overall care & review individual Resident cases
-   Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
-   Ensure the department is well-stocked with medical supplies
-   Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management  
    

**Requirements:**

-   Minimum 3yrs. Long-Term Care experience
-   Minimum 1yr. Unit Manager experience
-   Must hold a valid RN License
-   Basic computer skills
-   Strong communication skills
