**Closing Sales Representative – Home Improvement**

We are looking for a motivated and confident **Closing Sales Representative** to join our growing home improvement team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, building relationships, and closing deals while having the flexibility to manage their own schedule.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Closing Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. Your role is to understand their needs, present available solutions, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process from appointment to close.  

-   Meet with **3–4 set appointments per day**
-   Meet with homeowners to discuss their home improvement needs
-   Present products, services, and financing options
-   Build trust and create a positive customer experience
-   Follow up with customers as needed
-   Close sales and meet individual performance goals
-   Maintain accurate customer and sales information
-   Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction
