**Full-Time RN Supervisor Opportunity — Work Only Two Days a Week!  
**

**Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center** is hiring a **Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor** for our **Weekend Baylor Program** in **Syracuse, NY.  
**

Enjoy a full-time role while working just **two scheduled days per week!** Our Baylor program offers a consistent weekend schedule, giving you more flexibility during the week while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

**Duties:**

-   Coordinate resident care by scheduling, assigning, and supervising nursing staff
-   Provide compassionate support to residents and their families
-   Answer questions and address concerns from residents, families, and staff
-   Maintain a safe and clean environment by enforcing policies and procedures
-   Protect resident privacy and maintain confidential information
-   Oversee accurate and timely documentation of resident care
-   Promote teamwork and communication among nursing and interdisciplinary staff  
    

**Requirements:**

-   Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
-   Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
-   Availability to work the required two-day weekend Baylor schedule
-   Strong leadership skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
-   Familiarity with electronic health records and medication management systems
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills
-   Basic computer proficiency

## Requirements
