The Role**

As part of the Ingest team, you will play a key role in ensuring our TV, movie, and series data flows smoothly, accurately, and efficiently from multiple sources into our systems. This internship is ideal for detail-oriented, problem-solving individuals who enjoy working with data pipelines, scheduling systems, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. This is a paid internship.

👉 **Important: This role requires the candidate to be fluent in Spanish from Spain.**

**Responsibilities**

-   Implement and update hardcoding rules for parsers.
-   Fix issues with existing parsers and optimize them for new content sources.
-   Set up new parsers as needed for incoming data streams.
-   Investigate and resolve internal data complaints.
-   Monitor data health and ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and consistent.
-   Check schedules for failures and report issues.
-   Collaborate with the development team to resolve scheduling problems.
-   Optimize how schedules are set up to ensure smooth operations.
-   Support Management
-   Respond to customer support cases within SLA times.
-   Ensure internal stakeholders receive timely support and issue resolution.

## Requirements

You'll thrive in this role if you:

-   Are currently enrolled in a degree program, with graduation planned **no earlier than one year from now**.
-   Must be legally authorized to work in Spain as a freelancer (autónomo)
-   Availability for a long-term commitment (minimum 6 months), with the intention to transition into a full-time role; this is not a short-term or summer internship
-   Are currently studying or have recently graduated in a relevant field (Data, IT, Computer Science, or related).
-   Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Are detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized.
-   Are comfortable working with data, data bases, systems, and troubleshooting technical issues.
-   Have excellent written and spoken English AND Spanish.

## Benefits

Collaboration based on a contractor set-up is 3.46 EUR per hour on a full-time allocation basis (40 hours per week), max 600 EUR per month.
