We operate in a partner-led, entrepreneurial environment where consultants are expected to think critically, take ownership early, work directly with senior stakeholders and contribute to building long-term client impact. **What you'll do** As a **Technology & AI Senior Consultant**, you will work directly with private equity funds, portfolio companies and executive leadership teams on their most critical AI, technology and digital transformation challenges. You will contribute to both **Technology & AI Due Diligence** and **Transformation** engagements, taking ownership of dedicated workstreams from structuring the analysis through to presenting findings and recommendations to clients. You will partner with C-level stakeholders to help them make strategic technology decisions, assess investment opportunities and design transformation roadmaps that drive growth, operational efficiency and competitive advantage. In this role, you will work at the intersection of: - Artificial Intelligence - Data & Analytics - Technology Strategy - Digital Transformation - Transaction Advisory You are not expected to be an expert across every one of these domains. We are looking for consultants with broad enough knowledge across AI, Data and Technology to understand technical topics, challenge experts when appropriate, connect technical findings with business implications and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations. **Focus areas** You will: **Technology & AI Due Diligence** - Lead one or more due diligence workstreams (technology stack & architecture, data foundations, AI maturity, product and engineering organization) from data gathering through to final client read-out. - Own the analysis of a dedicated domain by assessing technical debt, scalability, cybersecurity and operational risks, while identifying their business implications. - Structure AI maturity and GenAI adoption assessments and identify associated value creation opportunities. - Run market and competitive analyses across AI, Data and Technology within your project scope. - Translate complex technical findings into clear business implications and investment recommendations, both in executive deliverables and client discussions. - Contribute to post-acquisition value creation plans within your area of expertise. - Coach and support junior consultants and interns. **Technology & AI Transformation** - Lead Technology & AI transformation workstreams under the supervision of a manager or Partner. - Structure the identification, prioritization and scoping of AI and GenAI use cases. - Assess and recommend technology platforms, tools and vendors. - Design components of AI operating models and governance frameworks. - Support Enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives. - Contribute to PMO activities and transformation management throughout implementation. **Contributing to the firm** Beyond client work, you will play an active role in the development of the firm. This includes supporting business development and proposal creation, participating in recruitment and talent development initiatives, coaching junior consultants and interns, and contributing to internal AI initiatives, experimentation and thought leadership. You will likely bring: - A master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field from a leading university or business school. - **3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, AI advisory, digital transformation, transaction advisory or another high-performance consulting environment.** - Experience working on Technology or AI transformation programs. - Experience working on Technology or AI Due Diligence engagements is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of AI ecosystems, GenAI, LLMs and enterprise AI adoption challenges. - Strong understanding of modern technology architectures, cloud environments and data platforms. - The ability to quickly understand complex technical environments and translate them into business implications and executive recommendations. - The ability to bridge technical and business discussions while communicating effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams. - Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to transform complex analyses into crisp executive-level presentations and structured business recommendations. - An entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and willingness to contribute beyond client work. - International exposure and the ability to thrive in multicultural environments. - **Fluency in French and English.** ## Benefits This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, partner-led consulting platform at a pivotal moment in its development.
