**The Role**  
We are looking for an experienced Associate Lawyer with at least 10 years of proven expertise in Property Law and Real Estate transactions. This is an in-house collaboration role focused on handling legal actions related to real estate and property law.

You will join our **Real Estate Department**, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen and develop your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Managing property transfers and related documentation
-   Handling procedures for the Land Registry and Cadastre
-   Acting on forestry and urban planning issues
-   Drafting and reviewing lease agreements
-   Ensuring compliance with applicable property and real estate regulations

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) – LL.M. is a plus
-   Licensed Attorney-at-Law in Greece
-   Minimum 10 years of experience in Property Law cases
-   Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with digital tools
-   Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
-   Analytical thinking, communication and negotiation skills
-   Adaptation of the corporate culture.
