**The Role**

We’re looking for an **Associate Lawyer** to join our **Research & Development Department**, contributing to the legal innovation and strategic growth of the firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys legal research, and wants to be part of shaping the future of legal services.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conducting in-depth legal research across multiple areas of law (Civil, Commercial, Banking, Administrative, Tax, Labor) using various sources (e.g., legal databases, websites)
-   Collecting and studying legal material (laws, articles, court decisions, etc.) and attending relevant seminars to support the drafting of legal articles.
-   Selecting legal topics for article writing and overseeing the editorial process, including final reviews prior to publication on the company website and LinkedIn.
-   Collaborating with the Legal teams to ensure timely resolution of legal matters and keeping our clients informed on the latest legal developments and regulatory updates

## Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

-   A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – an LL.M. or MBA is a strong plus
-   Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
-   Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, ideally within a structured legal environment or law firm
-   Publications in academic journals will be considered a plus
-   Experience in a similar role within the Legal Department of a large organization is desirable
-   Strong legal writing and research skills
-   Analytical mindset and attention to detail
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
-   Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
