**The Role**

We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who’s ready to take on meaningful cases, collaborate with experienced professionals, and thrive in a team that values expertise, ethics, and continuous development.

You will join our **Legal Services Division**, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Providing legal advice on employment and social security matters
-   Handling complex employment disputes
-   Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and internal corporate policies
-   Representing clients before courts and administrative authorities
-   Advising corporate clients on HR compliance and employment law matters
-   Monitoring developments in employment legislation and preparing legal opinions and advisory memoranda

## Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

-   A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – an LL.M. is a strong plus
-   Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
-   Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney, preferably within a structured legal environment or law firm
-   Experience in employment disputes and advisory services to corporate clients
-   Strong knowledge of Greek employment legislation and legal practice
-   Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
-   Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
