**The Role**

We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who’s ready to take on meaningful cases, collaborate with experienced professionals, and thrive in a team that values expertise, ethics, and continuous development.

You will join our **Litigation Department**, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Representing clients in court and out-of-court proceedings
-   Managing a diverse portfolio of legal cases with consistency, confidentiality, and a high level of professional integrity (enforcement proceedings, civil law, commercial law).
-   Drafting legal documents (drafting of lawsuits, drafting of pleadings in lawsuits, drafting of pleadings in objections, handling of cases under Law 3869, etc.)
-   Conducting legal research and delivering well-reasoned opinions
-   Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based communication with clients, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and service quality.
-   Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a knowledge-sharing team culture

## Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

-   A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – an LL.M. is a strong plus
-   Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
-   Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney, preferably within a structured legal environment or law firm.
-   Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
-   Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
-   A team-player mindset and a client-first attitude
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
