## Description

Town Hall—a high-growth agency providing digital marketing services to nonprofit and higher education clients–seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end creative production and optimize internal agency workflows. This role will report to the Managing Director and oversee the full project lifecycle, strategic freelance resource management, and revenue/expense pacing. The selected candidate will demonstrate proven experience delivering paid media creative, strong freelance sourcing and management skills, expert-level proficiency in Asana, and sharp financial acumen.

### What You’ll Do

As the Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational backbone of our creative production, ensuring digital marketing campaigns, video, and web projects move seamlessly from initial brief to final delivery. You will operate with a high degree of nimbleness, connecting detailed execution to the broader agency goals to drive success for our clients. By maintaining a holistic understanding of every project, you will own the full lifecycle within Asana while mapping out production schedules, scoping budgets, and strategically assigning creative talent to meet evolving business needs.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your impact extends across agency operations, financial health, and client relationships. You will act as a key client-facing partner, translating complex production workflows into clear strategic updates that build long-term trust. You will drive biweekly revenue pacing, partner with Account teams to map internal scopes to client-facing budgets, and spearhead resource scoping for new business. Beyond active project tracking, you will lead with adaptability, continuously optimizing agency efficiency by developing and scaling team-wide templates and SOPs that reflect our commitment to strategic oversight.

Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in-office four days per week.
