Sizanid Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry known for its innovative approach combining smart technology, AI, and human insight, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of our office in Accra, Ghana. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our workplace infrastructure meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and comfort, supporting the productivity and well-being of our employees. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in managing multiple facilities projects, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory requirements. ### Responsibilities

-   Manage and maintain office facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
-   Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
-   Oversee contracts with vendors, service providers, and contractors; negotiate service agreements and monitored budgets.
-   Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
-   Coordinate office moves, space planning, and workplace ergonomics initiatives.
-   Manage facility-related procurement, including supplies and equipment necessary for office operations.
-   Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and service requests.
-   Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to support employee needs and workplace enhancements.

## Requirements

-   7 years Proven experience with at least 3 years as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role maintaining office or commercial building facilities.
-   Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.
-   Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-   Effective vendor management and negotiation abilities.
-   Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Relevant certifications (e.g., Facility Management Professional, OSHA) are a plus.
