**Sizanid Staffing** is seeking a high-performing **Business Development Manager** to drive our next phase of growth. We are looking for a consultative seller who treats every lead like gold and possesses the tenacity to navigate high-volume inbound pipelines while maintaining the grit of an outbound hunter.

### **Core Responsibilities**

-   **Full Sales Cycle Ownership:** Manage the journey from inbound discovery to closing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and consistently hitting monthly quotas.
-   **Executive Engagement:** Conduct 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects to uncover pain points and establish urgency.
-   **Product Expertise:** Become a true expert in our offerings to precisely match products to prospect needs.
-   **Pipeline Discipline:** Maintain rigorous follow-ups and high deal velocity; keep HubSpot data clean and actionable at all times.
-   **Collaborative Success:** Partner with Sales, Support, and Ops teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction and share strategic insights with the team.
-   **Growth Mindset:** Treat personal growth as part of the job—seeking feedback, applying it fast, and adapting to evolving startup strategies.

### **Schedule & Technical Requirements**

-   **Shift:** 9-hour shifts following **US Business Hours** (between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST).
-   **Training:** Mandatory attendance from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST during onboarding.
-   **Availability:** Monday to Friday, with full alignment to Eastern Time (including Daylight Saving adjustments).
-   **Internet:** Reliable high-speed connection (Min 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with a backup solution.
-   **Workspace:** A quiet, professional, distraction-free environment with a professional headset.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   **Experience:** 4+ years of B2B sales experience (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise) within the U.S. or Canada markets or other international Markets.
-   You must have a proven track record of selling services to executive-level buyers.
-   **Sales Style:** A consultative, relationship-first seller who can drive value across multiple stakeholders and create urgency.
-   **GTM Fit:** Experience thriving in high-volume environments where no stone is left unturned.
-   **Tech Fluency:** Strong proficiency with HubSpot, AI tools, and modern sales platforms to accelerate results.
-   **Mindset:** Gritty, coachable, and self-accountable. You look for paths forward rather than reasons why something won't work.
