### **Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated **Career Coach** for our client.In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify career goals, develop effective job search strategies, and enhance professional skills. Your expertise will help clients navigate career transitions and achieve long-term success.

### **Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct client assessments to understand career objectives and skill sets.
-   Develop individualized career plans and provide advice on resume building, interview techniques, and job search approaches.
-   Support clients through career transitions and professional growth opportunities.
-   Facilitate workshops and training sessions on career development topics.
-   Keep up-to-date with labor market trends and industry demands.
-   Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to encourage progress and accountability.
-   Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related fields preferred.
-   Minimum of 2 years experience in career coaching, mentoring, or related roles.
-   Knowledge of job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.
-   Familiarity with digital career platforms and recruitment tools.
-   Experience conducting workshops or group coaching is an asset.
-   Strong organizational and time management abilities.
