## Description

Sizanid Staffing is seeking a highly skilled **Sourcing Manager** to lead and optimize our talent sourcing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing techniques, managing a team of sourcing specialists, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries. Your leadership will drive the success of our recruitment efforts by leveraging the latest tools, technology, and market insights to identify and attract top talent efficiently.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for various roles.
-   Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing specialists, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
-   Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
-   5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
-   Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting platforms.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-   Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
