Sizanid Staffing is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Head of Sales** to lead our sales department. This leadership role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth across diverse markets and client segments.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on multi-site, enterprise and strategic partnerships to meet and exceed revenue targets.
-   Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically dispersed sales team with clear accountability for performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
-   Manage high-performing sales team to drive performance and growth.
-   Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Field leadership to ensure seamless execution of national programs
-   Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
-   Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to optimize sales processes.
-   Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
-   Prepare and establish KPIs, pipeline, sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management to ensure sustained growth and profitability
-   Present Sizanid Staffing at Key Customer meeting, industry events and executive- level presentations

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-   10+ years of sales experience with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
-   Ability to travel Globally up to 10%
-   Proven sucess leading a global key account programs exceeding $100M in annual revenue
-   Ability to priotize and manage multiple projects in a fast -paced. deadline-driven environment
-   Ability to function as a positive agent of change and creating a positive, engaging work environment
-   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
-   Must be able to work closely with leaders across all department
-   Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them successfully.
-   Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries is a plus.
