\## What you'll do  
  
\- Lead and supervise roofing crews across your daily route of active job sites — set the day's expectations, check work against specs, enforce safety without exception  
\- Be the leader on site: crews look to you for direction, homeowners look to you for answers  
\- Work alongside our Operations Manager and Operations Lead — you're part of a field leadership team, not a one-person show  
\- Document progress with photos and job notes in CompanyCam — every job, every visit, no gaps  
\- Talk with homeowners: explain what's happening, answer questions, handle concerns on the spot before they become complaints  
\- Complete jobsite inventories — verify materials delivered vs. what's needed, flag shortages before they stall a crew  
\- Run punch lists and final walkthroughs — nothing gets called done until you sign off  
\- Report up: crew problems, quality misses, schedule risks, anything that needs management  
  
\## What you need  
  
\- 3+ years of hands-on residential roofing experience — required, no exceptions (you can't supervise what you haven't done)  
\- 1+ year leading crews or running jobs preferred  
\- Deep knowledge of roofing systems, flashing details, and manufacturer specs  
\- Valid driver's license with a clean record — company truck and gas card provided  
\- Strong communicator and natural leader — crews respect you, homeowners trust you  
\- Authorized to work in the US

You run your route, lead your crews, and own the quality of every job you touch. \## What success looks like at 90 days  
  
\- Every active job documented daily — photos, notes, no gaps in the record  
\- Callback and warranty issues dropping because you're catching problems mid-job, not after  
\- Crews know your standard and meet it; homeowners know your name and trust the process  
\- Jobsite inventories accurate — no crew ever standing around waiting on material you should have flagged

## Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on residential roofing experience — required, no exceptions (you can't supervise what you haven't done)  
• 1+ year leading crews or running jobs preferred  
• Deep knowledge of roofing systems, flashing details, and manufacturer specs  
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable vehicle — you live in your truck  
• Strong communicator — crews respect you, homeowners trust you  
• Authorized to work in the US  
• OSHA 30 card (or willingness to get one in 60 days) — nice to have  
• Bilingual English/Spanish — nice to have  
• Experience with CompanyCam, JobNimbus, or AccuLynx — nice to have

## Benefits

$70,000–$75,000 per year base salary, plus performance bonuses tied to job quality, daily documentation, and crew performance. The best field supervisors prevent callbacks, not just catch them — and we pay for that.  
  
This is a full-time, on-site position with steady, year-round residential roofing work across Palm Beach County. Monday–Friday early-morning schedule with occasional Saturdays, so your evenings and most weekends are your own.
