Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-on

**HR Assistant (Summer Trainee)** to support our HR operations at our **Varkaus factory**. This is a fixed-term summer position, running **until mid-August**.

The HR Assistant supports the HR team in daily HR operations and works closely with employees, line managers, and other support functions.

Key tasks:

\- Assisting with employment-related matters

\- Updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems

\- Supporting the verification and monitoring of hourly employees’ working hours

\- Maintaining HR documentation in systems and collecting payroll-related materials to be submitted to the outsourced payroll provider

\- Assisting in the recruitment process

\- Supporting onboarding arrangements for new employees and summer trainees

\- Preparing and coordinating onboarding materials

## Requirements

**Are you the one we are looking for?**

-   Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field **OR** some prior experience in HR-related tasks
-   Interest in practical, operational HR work
-   Good organizational skills
-   Fluent Finnish and English
-   Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
