**Import / Export Coordinator (m/f/d) - Markranstädt**

Skeleton Technologies is looking for an Import / Export Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in Markranstädt.

**About Skeleton**

Skeleton Technologies is a global leader in critical power infrastructure for AI data centers and electrical grid stability, founded in 2009. Power today is more than electricity.

It is national security, digital continuity, and economic resilience. Skeleton is the Backbone of Power: equipping AI data centers, electrical grids, defense systems, and critical infrastructure with the resilience to withstand surges, instability, and failure. Our power systems protect GPU clusters from millisecond-level spikes, enable hyperscalers to run at higher rack densities without grid compromise, and make AI data centers up to more 40% energy efficient. We keep the lights on when grids fluctuate, stabilising electrical infrastructure under the combined pressure of accelerating renewable energy deployment and surging AI demand.

When power fails, critical operations stop. We exist to prevent that in microseconds. Powering the infrastructure that powers everything else.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage inbound and outbound processes and deliveries, including customs processes and documentation, as well as support during customs investigations.
- Create delivery documentation, book transports, and check that incoming documents are valid and correct.
- Handle tickets and internal customer requests on all logistics topics.
- Monitor logistics processes and KPIs across transportation, inbound, and outbound.
- Solve logistics and transportation issues quickly and pragmatically.
- Represent Skeleton as Dangerous Goods Officer (road & sea) for all dangerous goods (DG) shipments.
- Identify opportunities to optimize our transportation structure and costs, and put them into practice.
- Bring import transport bookings in-house, including direct carrier contracts and rate negotiations.
- Consolidate freight forwarders across all Skeleton locations to increase economies of scale.
- Set up a reliable system for import tax (ATC) documentation.

- Several years of experience in import/export handling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures, export controls, and Incoterms; experience with customs software such as ATLAS is a plus.
- A qualification as Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA / Gefahrgutbeauftragter) for road & sea is an advantage. If you don’t have it yet, we will support you in obtaining it.
- Fluent English and German.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- An analytical, structured way of working and enjoyment in optimizing processes and costs.
- Confident communication with carriers, authorities, and internal stakeholders.

## Benefits

- A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.
- A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.
