**How you will contribute to SLM’s vision**

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Headquarters in Athens, focusing exclusively on our drivers and warehouse operations teams across our network.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the people who keep our last-mile network running every day.  

**What you will be doing**  

-   Serve as the primary HR contact for drivers and warehouse employees at our central hub in Votanikos
-   Ensure compliance with current Greek labor law, HR regulations, and internal policies
-   Support daily HR operations including contracts, attendance, scheduling alignment, and workforce changes
-   Collaborate closely with hub manager to address staffing and workforce needs
-   Support recruitment and onboarding processes for drivers and warehouse staff
-   Support performance management processes
-   Act as a bridge between HQ HR and our Operations teams

## Requirements

**Your Skills & Experience**  
**Experience**  

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-   2+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role
-   Prior experience in logistics, or operational environments is highly preferred
-   Good knowledge of Greek labor legislation and the ERGANI system
-   Experience supporting blue-collar or shift-based workforces is a strong plus

-   Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and operational HR practices
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust on the ground
-   Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to act quickly in dynamic environments
-   High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Hands-on mentality with a proactive, field-oriented approach
-   Ability to balance employee needs with operational requirements
