## Description

We are hiring a **dynamic US Recruiter** who has experience in handling both **IT and Non-IT requirements** for the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, and a proactive approach to sourcing and closing candidates across diverse roles.

## Requirements

### 🎯 Key Responsibilities

-   Handle **end-to-end US IT recruitment** (sourcing to placement)
-   Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals
-   Screen candidates through calls and assess technical as well as communication skills
-   Work on **W2, C2C, and 1099 roles**
-   Coordinate with hiring managers and clients based in the US
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
-   Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates
-   Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate commitment

### 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

-   Minimum **3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment**
-   Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** (must-have)
-   Strong understanding of **US hiring practices and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)**
-   Experience working with **direct clients / MSP / VMS models**
-   Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice
-   Ability to work in **night shift (US hours)**
-   Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
