**Job Title: Call Center / Inside Sales Executive (International – US Process)**

**Location:** Mohali – Sector 74, Industrial Area, Phase 8B  
**Work Mode:** Work from Office (No Work from Home)  
**Shift:** Night Shift (US Hours)  
**Working Days:** 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)

**About the Role**

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven **Inside Sales Executives** with experience in international call centres (US/UK processes). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers (primarily US market)
-   Deliver compelling sales pitches and convert leads into successful closures
-   Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
-   Handle objections effectively and maintain a high conversion ratio
-   Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes
-   Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
-   Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals

## Requirements

**Eligibility Criteria**

-   Minimum qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate
-   Minimum **2+ years of experience in an International Call Center** (US process preferred – mandatory)
-   Proven experience in **outbound sales** (highly preferred)
-   Excellent communication skills in English (**C1 Level – Mandatory & Non-negotiable**)
-   Strong customer-centric approach
