## Description

[**Sleed**](https://www.sleed.com/), a digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Account Manager** to join its dynamic **Creative Department team.**

The ideal candidate will have at least **3 years of experience** in managing client relationships, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Act as the primary **point of contact** between the agency and clients
-   Develop and maintain **strong client relationships**, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
-   Oversee the **end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns**, from briefing to delivery
-   Collaborate with **creative, media, digital, and production teams** to ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations
-   Stay updated on **industry trends** and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
-   Handle **client presentations, reporting, and status meetings** effectively

## Requirements

-   **Min. 3** **years of experience** in account management within an **advertising or marketing agency**
-   Excellent knowledge of digital marketing with a focus on Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
-   Strong understanding of **360° marketing campaigns**, including ATL, BTL, and digital
-   **Communication and presentation skills**
-   Ability to manage projects in a **fast-paced** environment
-   Experience in **project management tools** and Microsoft Office Suite
-   A team player with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business, Communications**, or a related field would be appreciated
