**About the Role**

Are you an organized, detail-oriented operations professional who thrives on regulatory compliance, precision documentation, and seamless administrative workflows?

SmartCrowd is seeking an Operations Associate based in Dubai to join our core Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our DIFC portal, verifying investor documentation, managing SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) lifecycles, and supporting secondary market share transfers. You will work closely with Client Relations, Compliance, and the Operations Manager to ensure our platform and property structures remain compliant, up to date, and running smoothly.

**What You'll Do**

- DIFC Portal Management: Maintain and manage the DIFC portal, ensuring all corporate, property, and operational documentation is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
- Investor Verification & Compliance: Thoroughly review investor passports and supporting documentation prior to uploading them for share transfers. Coordinate with Client Relations and Compliance teams to resolve expired, missing, or incomplete investor records.
- Secondary Share Transfers: Assist in submitting secondary share transfer applications, coordinating directly with DIFC and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) as required.
- SPV & Corporate Governance: Rigorously monitor SPV license expiry dates and track SPV statuses—including active properties, sold properties, and required strike-off or liquidation processes.
- Record Keeping & Audit Trail: Maintain meticulous operational records and ensure timely follow-ups on all outstanding DIFC, SPV, and investor requirements.
- Ad-Hoc Operational Support: Support the Operations Manager on DIFC-related filings, property acquisitions, and special operational initiatives as needed.

**What We're Looking For**

- Experience: Fresh graduates or eager entry-level professionals with strong administrative focus are strongly encouraged to apply. Background or coursework in finance, business administration, legal studies, or operations is a plus.
- Regulatory & System Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and navigate DIFC portals, Dubai Land Department (DLD) systems, and internal compliance platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: A "zero-mistake" mindset when reviewing passports, legal identity papers, and corporate documents.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with Compliance, Client Relations, and external regulatory bodies.
